Payment and cancellation conditions

Please read carefully the following payment and cancellation conditions, which apply to bookings made through the website.
Payment terms
Bank transfer details
Advance payment: To confirm your reservation, please initiate the transfer of the 50% of the total amount within 8 days of booking to the following bank account:

- Press release: Kérjük, tüntessék fel a foglalási azonosítót, amit a visszaigazoló e-mail-ben találnak.
The remaining 50% must be settled on arrival, by bank transfer or in cash if you wish.
Unfortunately, if the 50% deposit is not received within 8 days of the booking, we will not be able to hold the reservation.
Cancellation conditions
- Free cancellation: Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 8 days before arrival. In this case, the amount paid will be fully refunded.
- Cancellation during a chargeable period: If cancelled on or after the 7th day before arrival, the deposit will not be refunded.
